Noreen recently took on responsibility as the Membership Chair for FNPA. We are fortunate to have her positive energy, organizational skills, and commitment to the FNPA mission.

Professional Roles: Owner, New York Naturopathy Associates and Professor, Indian River State College
Medical School: UBCNM, 2019, DNM with Honors

Clinical interests:
🌱 The intersection of Traditional and Evidence-Based Approaches to chronic disease using Western Herbalism
🌱 Single Remedy Homeopathic Repertorization
🌱 Improving gut health for autoimmune dysfunction and pain

Special interests:
🌱 Botany and plant identification/taxonomy (north and southeast United States)
🌱 Medieval Herbalism (now that’s a conversation starter!)

2025 Goals for Membership:
From the end of this year and rolling into 2025, my goal is to faciliatate a smooth transition to the new Membership platform, enabling us to more easily accept new members and donations from patrons. My primary goal for 2025 is to increase our membership by at least 25%, hopefully due to Florida attaining licensure.

Currently Reading: The book on my nightstand is Giovanni’s Room, by James Baldwin

Florida Connection: Currently resides in Port St. Lucie, in southeastern Florida

Favorite Florida Spot: Beaches on Hutchinson Island

What You Can Do:

Advocate: Tell Mayor Adams to preserve and strengthen community gardens, rather than eliminating them.

Spread the Word: Share this information with fellow gardeners and supporters. The more voices we have, the stronger our message will be.
