"Can't Meditate ? Try This."

I used to think meditation had to be hard. But I discovered something unexpected : a way to drop into a deep stillness- effortlessly.

Vibroacoustic Therapy uses low-frequency sound and vibration to guide your body into a deeply relaxed, meditative state-no experience needed, no "trying" required.

I created this space for anyone who feels overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, grieving, for those in recovery or whoever thought, "I can't meditate."

Through this work, I've seen people soften, release, and connect to themselves-without forcing anything.

How it works:
You lie on a specially designed Inharmony therapy bed.
Low-frequency sound and music flow through your body.
You hear the music through headphones and feel the music through vibrations in the bed.
Your nervous system calms, stress melts and your mind unwinds.

You don't have to "do" anything- just receive.

When you face your aloneness, something begins to happen.

Each one of us is alone in the world. It takes great courage to meet the full force of your aloneness. Most of the activity in society is subconsciously designed to quell the voice crying in the wilderness within you. The mystic Thomas a Kempis said that when you go out into the world, you return having lost some of yourself. Until you learn to inhabit your aloneness, the lonely distraction and noise of society will seduce you into false belonging, with which you will only become empty and weary. When you face your aloneness, something begins to happen. Gradually, the sense of bleakness changes into a sense of true belonging. This is a slow and open-ended transition but it is utterly vital in order to come into rhythm with your own individuality. In a sense this is the endless task of finding your true home within your life. It is not narcissistic, for as soon as you rest in the house of your own heart, doors and windows begin to open outwards to the world. No longer on the run from your aloneness, your connections with others become real and creative. You no longer need to covertly scrape affirmation from others or from projects outside yourself. This is slow work; it takes years to bring your mind home.

Appreciate someone, then yourself .

How does appreciation encourage people?

Appreciating make people feel valued, and when we feel valued, we try our best in everything we do.

Lack of appreciation is one of the reasons people feel demotivated. When someone puts in the effort, but the other person doesn't recognise it, it makes that person feel that their effort is worthless. When people feel appreciated, it gives them the strength and energy to do even better than before.

Appreciate people for every little effort, whether through words of praise or gesture of recognition, and if you know you have given your best, don't forget to appreciate yourself.
