What is sleep: it is a physiological behavior necessary for a person

The average sleep a person needs: seven hours

Its stages: 4 consecutive stages

1 / Light sleep: here the brain is in an active state and any person can wake up with a slight disturbance (5-10 d)
2 / Sleep onset: 3 things happen:
Low body temperature
Regular breathing
Regular heart rate
Called the memory stage (20D)
3 / Deep sleep: it has two stages:
🔹️ Entering into deep sleep: short, less than 5 d
🔹️ followed by the second stage: happens:
Muscle relaxant
Low blood pressure
It stores energy, regenerates tissues and heals wounds
Around 20-40 d
4 / Rapid eye movement stage:
The eye moves in it
The brain is active
The body is still
The dreams are detailed

All of these represent the sleep cycle

How long does the full sleep cycle last: 90 minutes

How much a person needs a good sleep: four to five consecutive cycles before final awakening

What happens during sleep:

The pineal gland, the épiphyse, or la glande pinéale is a small endocrine gland located in the center of the brain.
It has several functions, among which it is responsible for sleep
It weighs 180 mg as much as a chickpea

It secretes the sleep hormone:
Melatonin is an antioxidant and tumorigenic agent
This substance is not excreted except in the dark, meaning after the evening prayer

This substance is excreted daily, and the majority prevent it from being formed by staying up late and being exposed to phone light

😟⚠️WHAT TO DO AFTER OVEREATING?⚠️😓

On the weekends or even after cheat meals or even cheat days, it's quite easy to forget your calorie intake. So what should we do after you've gone out, had more pizza than you'd like, maybe a couple of drinks you couldn't stop drinking, or that delicious dessert you had your eye on?

It's actually very simple, you get back up, dust yourself off and keep going with your normal routine👍. It's not the end of the world, you can have fun and slip up a couple of times, it's natural, we're all humans it's bound to happen!

So don't go on full panic mode thinking you should burn of double the calories the next day. Realistically you could if you wanted, but it's really not that deep. Just don't quit💪
