Dear friends, I am happy to announce that I will be presenting on "Deconstructing Our Relationship to Alcohol: Working towards a Greater Understanding" at The Aldyn on Wednesday, October 18th, 8 PM. The focus of the presentation will be on exploring the various factors that may contribute to the unique relationship that each individual has to alcohol and examine the internal and external triggers that can lead to problematic alcohol use. I will introduce the concept of urge surfing and other skills to moderate alcohol use and encourage exploration of various positive activities to enhance quality of life and well being.
