I offer a variety of massage modalities, including sports massage, medical massa

ge, manual lymphatic drainage, and foot massage (reflexology). In addition to the above modalities, I may discuss some stretches to promote flexibility and either exercise or physical activities such as dancing, walking, or riding a bicycle. Sessions are offered by pre-paid appointments only in a private suite in a luxury commercial building. I keep things simple, meaning I provide input using intentional therapeutic touch; your central nervous system recognizes it, and then your body, specifically your nervous system and muscles responds. Whether you're seeking relief from everyday stress, recovering from an injury, or looking to improve your overall health, Dynamic Massage Therapy is here to help you manage it all. Researchers found that three days on a refined diet lacking fiber caused cognitive and cellular changes in the amygdala—a brain region responsible for emotional learning and memory.
