Let's highlight Guided Meditation podcasts that promote MANIFESTING the life you desire! Since this month is the month for manifesting. We have picked 4 podcasts we have found to be inspiring.

1. A Zen Mind Guided Meditations - This meditation is a quick listen with great calming sounds to add to the beautiful guided voice of Jo; a Meditator and Mindful Coach. We love her energy and think you will as well. .zen.mind
2. Purely Being Guided Meditations - A guided meditation designed to help connect you within and discover the answers needed to manifest the life you desire. The Lovely Lucy uses faith to animate a clear picture of what is essential.
3. The Dulce Candy Podcast - She offers more than guided meditations on her podcast, but we found this guided meditation to be peaceful and easy to follow. Dulce Candy offers knowledge as she guides you into a calm state of mind. Great for someone entering meditation for the first time.
4. Manifestival - This episode starts off with an intro to how her meditation helps manifest your desires. The 30 mins is worth every second. We have been obsessed with this wonderful meditator. Danette May is an inspiring woman who is proof you can manifest your dreams.

"Just for Today" is a term used in a meditation to remind people we can only move forward one day at a time.
We're using the phrase before our gratitude journal entrance each morning this month. This morning gratitude entry will help you feel grounded and less anxious since your focus is on the present moment. Today's entrance is "Just for today, I am grateful for my future". What a beautiful irony, to be grateful only for today, for something we have no control of. Plans can be written and words can be said, but only when the day arrives can we really make something happen. So take each day as it comes, be grateful that a future is possible, and you can plan for it with wondrous wishes and dreams. What a beautiful thing.

"Just for Today" is a term used in a meditation to remind people we can only move forward one day at a time.
We're using the phrase before our gratitude journal entrance each morning this month. This morning gratitude entry will help you feel grounded and less anxious since your focus is on the present moment. Today's entrance is "Just for today, I am grateful for my family". As we roll closer to Thanksgiving, let's find gratitude in family. The moments we have shared that we can't replicate, but we can be grateful for. So often we say my favorite day was "when my dad and I did..." or maybe when "we laughed so hard we started to crying". You know these moments very well. Not always do they occur, but when they do, they're priceless, so bring your awareness to those days and just for today, be grateful for family.

Hypnosis works on a different level of healing, the MIND is being worked on.
With other modalities, we're working with energy but with Hypnosis we're working on the programming.
What is this programming?
Since birth your subconscious mind has been collecting events that have taught you how to live in this world. If you want to think differently about a situation you will need hypnosis to heal it. So let's take negative thinking as an example. I have negative thoughts around a specific family member, I want to think differently about them or have them no longer trigger a negative response from me. Hypnosis would help minimize the negative thoughts and create self-control when you are near that person. This is extremely helpful with Thanksgiving and family events coming around the corner. Help yourself get through the holiday's this year with a positive mind and grateful heart!

"Just for Today" is a term used in a meditation to remind people we can only move forward one day at a time.
We're using the phrase before our gratitude journal entrance each morning this month. This morning gratitude entry will help you feel grounded and less anxious since your focus is on the present moment. Today's entrance is "just for today, I am grateful for my job". We tend to find our jobs to be a place of misery or lack of compassion, but through gratitude we can transform it into a place of growth, learning and a place for compassionate energy exchange. Reiki can gift us many things after a session; clarity, openness, positive thinking, compassion, less tension, better sleep. But, another thing it can do is help us with the bonds we have with others. Those bonds can be family, friends, coworkers, or relationships. Some people report feeling less reactive with these people. That is because energetic blockages that have been holding negative feelings are being removed, and healthy energy is being transmitted. This beautiful energetic exchange between client and practitioner is best done with consistency, especially if the goal is to help restore bonds with others.
