The chaos of Midtown… and then this 🤍
I’ve always called this space a cozy little oasis in the middle of New York City.

Because let’s be real—this lifestyle is incredible, but it can also be a lot.
The noise, the pace, the pressure, the constant go-go-go… it all lives in the body.

Headaches, jaw tension, poor sleep, anxiety, burnout—so many of the things I treat are just the side effects of trying to keep up with it all.

My New Year’s intentions as an acupuncturist 🥂

1. Continuing to learn so I can better help my patients 🤓
I’ve been doing this a long time, but this year I’m committing to putting extra emphasis on ongoing study, deeper clinical thinking, and challenging myself as a practitioner. The more I refine how I diagnose and treat, the better I can support the people who trust me with their care.

2. Practicing what I preach 📢
I can’t ask my patients to slow down if I’m constantly pushing myself. This year I plan to focus on consistent sleep (when my kids allow for it), warm nourishing meals to support Spleen Qi, and less screen time to support Shen — not perfection, just integrity.

3. Slowing down to practice gratitude 🙏
Sometimes I forget to take a step back and look at how far I’ve come. Building in small, consistent moments to actually notice what I’ve created — my practice, my family, and the life that supports both. Less rushing to the next thing, more presence where I am.

“My approach centers around creating meaningful, personalized care that goes beyond symptom relief. I work with the whole person — combining acupuncture, herbal medicine, and supportive lifestyle guidance to help patients feel more balanced and well in their daily lives. Herbal medicine plays a central role in my practice. I view it as a powerful tool for supporting the body between treatments.

I am a general practitioner with a focus on psycho-emotional conditions, digestive disorders, hormonal balances, and fertility support.

I earned my Master’s degree in Acupuncture from Pacific College of Health and Science, and completed clinical training at Chang Gung Memorial Hospital in Taiwan, where Eastern and Western medical systems work hand in hand. That experience shaped my integrative perspective and continues to guide how I practice today.”

We’re so excited to introduce Chase, our newest acupuncturist!

Licensed in New York and Massachusetts, Chase is a classically-trained acupuncturist and herbalist. He earned his Master’s from Daoist Traditions College in Asheville, NC, where he treated over 500 patients in clinical residency.

Chase specializes in the Five Channel System, rooted in Classical Chinese medicine, and studied under 88th-generation Daoist priest Jeffrey Yuen.

He’s especially passionate about supporting stress and anxiety, digestive health, and menopausal transitions. As a certified Pilates instructor, Reiki practitioner, and yoga teacher, Chase brings a lighthearted, holistic approach to care.

He also holds a BFA in Modern Dance from Marymount Manhattan, where his love for the body first began.

Happy 5️⃣ Year Anniversary 🥂

✨Five years ago today, I signed the lease on my first office and began this incredible journey with my acupuncture practice. To say ‘so much has happened’ is an understatement.

I’ve navigated the ups and downs of running a business, closed and reopened during COVID, expanded my team, and welcomed two beautiful children along the way 👦🏼👶🏻

In these five years, I’ve learned so much—about caring for and supporting my amazing patients, managing a business, and leading a team of talented providers and staff. It’s been a time of growth, resilience, and deep gratitude.
