Will post more about this birth story but mamas, I am with you more than ever. This being my first child since starting birth work, it’s been an eye opening, world wind. My first baby lit the fire & this one is keeping it litt 🥰Feed your babies, feed yourself, Love your babies, love yourself, and HYDRATE. Make the world uncomfortable as it’s the only way we get comfort! 💗

I, Antasia, am a full spectrum doula. I provide emotional and physical support before, during, and in the beginning weeks of birth and parenthood. Although not medically trained, I offer tips and knowledge in a more relaxed manner. I am also a certified lactation support counselor, TEMS machine certified and a childbirth educator.
