It was really special (and surprisingly emotional!) to walk around my alma mater earlier this month. Made me appreciate how far I have come since I was that 18-year-old undergrad Psych major! So grateful for the wonderful professors I got to learn from ✨

Bay State Road was also somehow even prettier than I remembered 🌸🌳

So proud to announce this upcoming online workshop, “Using Chairwork and Parts Work to Combat the Psychological Impact of Oppression”

Using foundational Chairwork dialogue structures, this workshop will explore Parts Work/Giving Voice to address identity conflict and confusion, Confrontational Dialogues to challenge harmful and oppressive forces or people, and Trauma-Centered Storytelling to address painful or traumatic memories of mistreatment and injustice.

In addition to a brief lecture, the workshop will include live, unrehearsed clinical demonstrations and group discussion.

This workshop welcomes all psychotherapists, pre-licensed therapists, clinical interns, and grad students ✨
