MEET OUR TEAM

Dr. Richard Lumiere is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has been providing integrated, compassionate women’s healthcare for over 40 years. After receiving his BA from Cornell University, he went on to Medical School at Cornell University Medical College. He completed his residency at New York Hospital and Lenox Hill Hospital. Dr. Lumiere is fluent in English and French. His vast experience allows him to continue to provide excellent personalized women’s healthcare. MEET OUR TEAM

Dr. Samuel Rafalin is Board Certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a Fellow of The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has been providing OB/GYN care in New York City for over 20 years since finishing his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Lenox Hill Hospital. He is a graduate of Brandeis University followed by New York Medical College.

Dr. Rafalin is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in French and Hebrew. He treats his patients in a compassionate, warm, and approachable manner. Dr. Rafalin provides full-range care from gynecological services to routine pregnancies to high risk and more complex pregnancies and deliveries. We recognize that no pregnancy, labor, or delivery is the same and, with this in mind, are committed to getting to know you as a patient and as an individual.
