So many of us rush this pose and end up rounding the spine, which can cause strain over time. Instead, think:

1️⃣ Hug knees in, lengthen your spine
2️⃣ Keep chest over thighs, heels sliding forward
3️⃣ Fold slowly from your hip joints (not your lower back)
4️⃣ Long spine, neutral neck, active legs 🧘‍♀️

This way, you’ll deepen your stretch safely while protecting your back and building flexibility. 💙
