It was such a pleasure treating the incredibly talented ! Being a professional dancer makes it even more important to keep her body performing at its absolute best. 💃🏽

In this video we have walking her through a full adjustment session — and yes, those back and neck cracks were the sound of pure relief 😮‍💨💥

Starting every session with flexion distraction helps decompress the spine, improve mobility, and prepare the body for deeper work. We finished with scraping therapy and scapula release to loosen tension, restore movement, and help her recover from the constant demands dance places on the body.
