$1.2K out of $10K raised for the 420X420 fundraiser!
We have officially partnered with Lifted Lodging to pursue the acquisition of a 9-acre resort property in the Thousand Islands region near Syracuse, NY.

As of today we have received $1.1K in contributions
We are seeking contributors totaling 10K for Phase 1 of the resort acquisition with a goal of $1K/Day for the next 10-Days!

420 supporters donating anywhere from $42 to $420 will help us move closer to reclaiming land and building this destination together.

As always, our mission remains rooted in serving "plant" enthusiasts and conscious consumers seeking tailored, elevated experiences.
The vision for this property includes:
• Lakefront luxury lodging
• Upscale dining experiences featuring world-renowned chefs
• Plant-based wellness programming
• On-site, regenerative farm-to-table dining
• Curated retreats designed for rest, healing, and community
• Boating, Fishing, Water Sports
As we prepare to complete Phase 1, there will be new opportunities for early investors to participate as we work toward securing a destination where we will retain 50% ownership as a Black- and Latina-owned resort.
The first 100 Contributors will be inducted as part of our Legacy Flame Keepers —an exclusive membership tier available to a limited number of our earliest contributors.
Early contributors will also have the option to transfer their contributions into an investment opportunity with quarterly returns as we move forward. If you have already contributed as a Flame Keeper, this option will apply to you as well.
Project Timeline
July 2026-We anticipate closing on this property by July of 2026 and immediately taking over resort operations for the final transition to Lifted Lodging in 2027.
This project has always been bigger than a resort. It’s about ownership, representation, and creating spaces where our community can gather, heal, and thrive.
