The feet are highly absorbent so to wear resin, plastics and petroleum on your feet will create a toxicity often unrecognized. It is not just what you put inside your body, it is what you put against your skin that matters.

This is always a discussion that people are still confused by because the marketing that goes into promoting the sale of beef and other animal products is pretty strong. To this day, people believe that without animal consumption, they cannot get an ample amount of protein in their diet. The fact is all animals rely on plants. There are only few carnivorous creatures in the animal kingdom and they are there to balance population on their own, not for us to kill and consume. So we are throwing off the balance of nature by doing the job that nature does itself and these species do for each other. When you are confused about dietary needs, always know that eating real whole food from various plants and things that grow on the ground trees and bushes will give you all the nutrients you will ever need in your lifetime if consumed at a normal rate and seasonal. You can easily reduce your risk of cancer by changing your diet from animals to plants.

Buongiorno! I have missed you! A fresh perspective deserves a moment to be better to yourself. I have much to offer in 2026. I am now at 28 yrs in practice for Wellness and naturopathic health. Alcohol is now recognized as a cause of at least seven types of cancer in humans, and risk rises with the amount you drink. Beer, wine, and spirits are all included because the harmful agent is ethanol itself, not the specific beverage.
The 7 main cancers-Evidence shows that drinking alcohol can directly cause these cancers: Mouth cancer. Throat cancers: pharynx and larynx Esophagus cancer, Liver cancer, Colorectal cancer. Breast cancer in women.

The best option is to not drink alcohol. There is one way alcohol can be utilized and that is when extracting nutrients from verbs and utilizing very small doses of these verbs and their micronutrient value into water to stimulate immune function to help with viral healing. Other than this, social consumption of alcohol at any level is dangerous and especially since it affects hormone levels so drastically.

We have normalized many social constructs. Told ourselves to any level of moderation is okay and still have the big corporate companies who sell these products to consumers. It's time to get smart and understand that life is a gift and as many aspects of enjoyment without the use of alcohol.

When we continue to take pharmaceutical medications, we stress our body systems and functions because these synthetic drugs deprive our bodies of the necessary nutrients for cell turnover of these organs and proper long-term function. Nothing is more medicinal than whole local and regional organic food micronutrients, weeds, herbs and plenty of well mineralized water.

During the winter solstice it's time to push past our insecurities and be brave. It's much easier said than done. I understand this, but maybe some of us are ready to accept change and show courage to what's possible in the coming weeks or years.
