EARWAX should not be removed from your ear canal. Cleaning around the outside and superficial to the canal is safe, but you should never use Cotton tips or earwax removal devices, unless you have severe wax build up due to an imbalance or rare condition.

Coffee is one of the most popular drinks in the world. It is a socially acceptable liquid, even more so than alcohol, but not all coffee is created equal and a good majority of it is soaked with pesticides having negative effects on the nervous system and digestive tract. Some people have negative effects associated with drinking coffee. Have you tried chicory root? In this photo is 4 teaspoons of chicory root with one pinch of black cardamom steeped in a hot water french press for 5 minutes.
