Recover faster and reduce pain with the Graston Technique!

Athletes and physically active people regularly endure musculoskeletal pain due to strains, sprains, and tears. Although other manual therapy techniques can reduce pain and promote healing of stressed joints and muscles, the Graston Technique offers additional advantages for athletes such as:

Decreasing lengthy treatment times
Fostering quicker recovery times
Reducing or even eliminating the need to take analgesics for muscle or joint pain
Potentially resolves chronic musculoskeletal conditions previously diagnosed as permanent

The Graston Technique is one of the most effective, noninvasive therapies for a range of motion and rehabilitation maintenance. In addition to dissolving scar tissue and other types of painful tissue adhesions, the Graston Technique is also useful for treating conditions suffered by non-athletes.
