it’s because we don’t copy and paste exercises.

we sit and listen to what’s going on, what your needs are, and what would be best for you in the moment.

we are good at helping you figure out what you need and setting you up for success - instead of feeling bad you can’t complete a whole list of exercises that are only helping you feel slightly better.

*too* much rest is actually not ideal - especially after injury.

A good offseason program:

- Builds resilient athletes and reduces risk of injury

Coming into tryouts without training? We’ve been there. Preparing in an offseason helps the transition into tryouts feel less overwhelming.

When we slowly build up your offseason to tryouts and preseason, everything feels a little easier.

- Builds muscle mass and tendon stiffness

Stronger athletes tend to be a bit more resilient.

Additionally, we can’t go wrong being strong - in our data collection, athletes that do strength work in the offseason spend less time out injured.

- Builds mental confidence

Hard and intentional work put in? Good results out.

Athletes feel more prepared when they are physically and mentally ready for their season.

Our offseason registration is re-opened for the second cycle.
