Marie Lise Labonté was the first person to open me up to something greater than my rational mind and to something beyond what my eyes could see. She is a spiritual mother to me. I love her and am forever grateful to her. With her, I reconnected with my soul and was born to the spiritual side of myself. I started waking up to the fact that I am a spiritual being having a human experience.

The first time I met Marie Lise Labonté in 2010, I learned to my surprise that she is also a medium. She channels messages from the Mother Soul, Xedah, and Maitreya. I was shocked when she told us she would go into a trance. Mediums had not been a part of my reality prior to this diagnosis. A medium communicates with another dimension. Anything outside this three-dimensional reality that most of us live in did not exist for me. That was the beginning of me opening beyond my reason. This opening and surrendering to the unknown has no end.

When I attended a seminar with Marie Lise Labonté the following year, I remembered my soul. During a break, I went for a walk and memories from my childhood came back to my conscious mind. I remembered my innocence and my connection to this higher dimension of myself.
