How they work…

1. Scoop up a gift card at either studio
2. Donate any amount to Cultivate in honor of a loved one (suggested $12/class)
3. Give the card to your loved one and help them book their classes at cultivateyoga.org and let them know the suggested donation is covered
4. Better yet… join your loved one for their gifted classes, and beyond!

Do you celebrate Boxing Day? Neither do we… until this year!

Join us in support of Cultivate Yoga for this Boxing Day celebration of friendship and community.

Faciltated by .by.sam and and featuring stunning video art created by .mundo projected on the walls and floor of the beautiful , the evening will consist of:

🍫 Cacao Ceremony (featuring ceremonial grade Cacao from Ecuador to open our hearts)

💃 Ecstatic Dance (curated playlist to inspire movement and to help release stuck energies)

🪇 Sound Journey (various instruments to help invoke meditation and relaxation)

Funds raised will support Cultivate Yoga’s mission to bring GIFT-BASED YOGA to ALL 🙏

It’s official… Cultivate is crossing the Cuyahoga!

Cultivate Waterloo launches January 2026 in partnership with 🌈 at their super unique & colorful building in the Waterloo Arts District!!!

Dust off your canoes, kayaks & SUPs and get ready to cross the river as we bring nonprofit GIFT-BASED YOGA to the east side!

This is an amazing opportunity for us to expand our mission into an underserved area as we build community and introduce yoga to individuals who may not otherwise have access to the practice.

We’re honored to be doing this work alongside the wonderful people of as they have already been doing their part to make The Waterloo Arts District a destination for creativity, wellness, music, food and community in our city.

Many many many more details to come.

For now we are deeply grateful for this opportunity to expand our community into new neighborhoods.

Our winter coat drive for the kiddos of ends on 10/31.

We’re currently collecting at both studios - Lakewood & Avon.

Any new or gently used coat in any size is welcome and will be delivered directly to the wonderful humans at St. Augustine who will share them with families in need through their Community Cupboard & Closet program.

Welcome to Cultivate Kris !!!

Kris has been a multifaceted member of our community and will now be serving as a Cultivate teacher!

She has been a student, an assistant, a Cultivate Warrior and is a leader of our Cultivate run club - motivating others to try running as a way to challenge themselves and to discover community in new ways.

Kris also received her YTT certification with our very own 💗

You can now practice with Kris every Saturday 1030a at our Avon hOMe!

A recent addition to our teacher family, Alana has become an integral part of our community - graduating from our YTT program with , donating as a Cultivate Warrior, serving as an assistant and now teaching weekly classes with us!

The sun was shining down upon us this past month, literally and figuratively! We were named the Best Yoga Studio in Cleveland for 2025 (Cleveland Magazine) and the Best Yoga Studio in Lorain County for 2025 (Pulse Magazine)!

These recognitions are an affirmation of our mission and a testament to the commitment of our community.

What an honor to receive this recognition alongside so many amazing Cleveland businesses, organizations and individuals across our vibrant community!

While we are adamant that there is no “best” yoga studio, we are proud to serve our community and help bring wellness to our people as so many other yoga organizations in our area do… every single day.

On this evening we host our next Kirtan at our Cultivate Lakewood hOMe - inviting all of our friends and family to join voices and lead with our hearts as we share songs from across the musical spectrum.

A traditional Kirtan this is not- still our Cultivate version embodies the principles of unity and deep reverence for the spirit that binds us all.

We are going to try something.... together.

An experiment in our times based on the Maharishi Effect - originally conceptualized in the 1960s.
