February results are in…

As we slowly but surely flow into the spring season, we continue to ask for some extra support at our new hOMe in Waterloo. This new location is an experiment for us and most importantly, we need people there practicing with us to create a sustainable yoga studio. Please consider joining us for a class and spreading word that we now exist on the east side of the mighty Cuyahoga. We REALLY want to make this work and we’ll need help from across our community to make this happen.

At this year’s festival in the Waterloo Arts District we are creating an immersive sound experience at Cultivate - inviting in warmth, peace & relaxation.

Take a break from the cold and visit us upstairs at to palette-cleanse your ears in the midst of all the amazing live music that will be happening around the neighborhood.

Come & go as you please, stay as long as you’d like, no signup required.

Throughout the evening, we’ll be rotating sound facilitators and you’ll hear a variety of beautiful sound healing instruments.

A bit about “why” we chose to close our doors at Cultivate today 💗

Standing in solidarity with our brothers and sisters in the far north and across our country - we are closing our doors at all 3 studios this Friday 1/30.

Silence is no longer an option - we hope that this movement can bring change & accountability.

If anyone is feeling called to stand together in unity for these causes, consider joining this event on Friday 2p downtown at Public Square.

At Cultivate, we recognize that the modern practice of yoga has an impact on our environment and subsequently, our communities (driving to classes, heating our spaces, etc.)

That is why we choose to give back 1% of our donations to Stripe Climate to help combat climate change through initiatives that help to counterbalance excess CO2 in our shared air.

To date (over a number of years) we have donated $6000 to the companies that are out there doing this important and necessary work for us all.

We are proud of this decision and we hope our people find comfort in knowing that a small portion of your donations go back to support our Mother Earth 🌍

Expansion comes in many forms and we are grateful to have witnessed our own expansion in a significant way every few years - all thanks to our community!

☀️ 2017 - Cultivate Yoga was created to make yoga accessible to everyone. For these first few years we partnered with other organizations to bring yoga to their communities.

☀️ 2020 - We launched Cultivate Avon and were quickly rattled by the pandemic. This gave us an opportunity to rethink, reorganize and reconnect to our roots and mission.

☀️ 2023 - We expanded into Lakewood. We began in a small studio on the west end and moved to our permanent home at the Trinity property about a year and a half later.

☀️ 2026 - This year we expanded into Cleveland proper and the Waterloo Arts District. We are so excited to partner with to build something special here together!

☀️ 2029?! - Who knows what’s next for us?!

For now we are feeling extremely grateful - we would not be here to serve the community and live out our mission without so many of you choosing to share your practice & donations with us.

From our hearts to yours… THANK YOU 🙏
