Hi y’all. I mostly post about plastic surgery and wellness and longevity. Lately there has been so much negativity and danger and fear in the world and this country it’s seeped into my posts ….. BUT no more. Love is stronger than hate and the most powerful toll we have to combat what’s going on. So my posts are only going to be positive - which is not to say I am blind to what’s going on - I am not. And I am fighting every day for human rights, decency, democracy, the right to live and exist with freedom and safely. BUT here it’s going to be a message of love and peace and abundance and WE WILL overcome this dark time. We will not always live in such hate ridden and fearful world. I love you all, the good parts the not as good parts. Start here, start today loving just yourself. Maybe if we can all love ourselves there won’t be so much hate in the world. Send me funny and cute stories and I’ll repost. The way to stay healthy and embody wellness is to release stress and fear among other things - so let’s try that today. If you can make your life better and feel better - you can teach others to do the same. So love yourself. You are pretty great.
