🌞🌚Yogis and Yoginis don’t let the affects of the solar eclipse pass you by, take every opportunity to ground yourself this week and meet me on the mat tomorrow at for a noon Hot Vinyasa flow focused on centering yourself and refocusing all of that physical and emotional charge you might be feeling from the eclipse. These sensations, which can manifest in the physical form as dizziness, feeling spacey and/or cloudy, as well as the spiritual significance of working with cycles of celestial energies, are due to the fact that eclipses act as a gateway of transformative energy from the cosmos that we can work with for personal and collective awakening and ascension. Divine unions such as these invite us to consider our place in the universe and brings about change & profound inner shifts which invite us to release what no longer serves our highest purpose and to embrace the light of new beginnings. 🤲🏽✨
