Acid reflux!

Chest pain, sour taste and cough can all be signs of acid reflux.

Acid reflux can be provoked by many factors such as to***co, diet and even sleep position.

Lying in the left lateral decubitus position, with the left side of your body against the bed, can help reduce acid reflux by helping gravity keep your stomach acid from rising into the esophagus.

Acid reflux that does not improve deserves a thorough evaluation with your primary care doctor to assess causes and treatment options.
