It’s been a busy, challenging week… but things are about to take a very exciting turn ✨💫👇

There’s plenty of work travel ahead ✈️ — new shoots, fresh projects, and some incredible opportunities 📸🌍

Happy 1st Birthday to my beautiful baby girl, our little Jelly Bean 🤍🤎

After two days of intense labour and an emergency C-section, you finally arrived — the most precious little soul I could ever have dreamed of. You changed my life the moment I held you in my arms 💖

Motherhood has been the most beautiful, difficult, and emotional rollercoaster. It’s taught me strength I never knew I had, patience I didn’t think I could learn, and a kind of love that changes you forever.

Watching you grow this past year has been the greatest joy of my life — your little smiles, your giggles, your tiny mannerisms, and the sweet sound of your first words 🥹✨

The way we look into each other’s eyes and share those quiet moments of understanding, our cuddles in bed, the new things you do every day… you fill my heart in ways I can’t describe.

You have no idea how much Mummy loves you. I will do everything I can to give you the best life possible, and I’m so excited for a lifetime of love, laughter, and adventures together.👶

Let’s be honest… sometimes being a mum feels like living in superhero mode 🦸‍♀️💥 👇👇

💥 Superhuman Strength: The Mum Edition ✨

We grow up thinking superheroes wear capes… but honestly? The real ones wear messy buns, dark circles, and a baby on one hip. 💪🍼

Even as a health & fitness coach — someone who’s spent over a decade studying hormones, recovery, and mental resilience — nothing could’ve prepared me for the true test of strength that came after giving birth. 🖤

Postnatal depression doesn’t always look like tears. 😔 Sometimes it’s numbness, guilt, or feeling like you’ve “lost” yourself. It’s your mind and body adjusting after months of change, hormone crashes, and sleepless nights. 💤

🧠 Here’s what I’ve learned (and what actually helps):

✨ Move daily – even gentle walks or bodyweight training release endorphins that lift mood.

🥦 Fuel your body – stable blood sugar = stable mood. Think omega-3s, magnesium, and protein-rich meals.

💬 Therapy helps – it reprograms thought patterns and reminds you that emotions ≠ identity.

💤 Prioritise rest – short naps genuinely lower cortisol and improve clarity.

When you only cut calories, you may lose weight… but that often includes muscle 🥲 which can slow down your metabolism, make you feel weaker, and lead to the "skinny-fat" look.

But when you fuel your body with enough PROTEIN 🍳🐟🥩 + include resistance training 🏋🏻‍♀️ (yes, even simple bodyweight moves at home 🏡), your body composition changes:
