Happy New Year to All our patients, staff, and our community! This past year was one of the most challenging in recent memories. We hope you continue to safeguard your health, as well as, your family, parents, grandparents, and children. We will be extending our hours in the near future and will continue to add Doctors to our facility.
We currently offer COVID-19 testing and expect COVID-19 vaccinations within the first 3 months of 2021.
We have Flu vaccinations available.
As always in the last 50 years of serving the community: Walk-ins are always welcome, however, we will be prioritizing appointments from now on.

Park Health Center is preparing for COVID-19 vaccine to be dispensed at our facility in the first quarter of 2021. Please make sure to call us at (718) 659-7166, and update your contact details, phone number, address, email, so that we can notify you when it is available. You do not need to schedule an appointment for a vaccine at this time. Keep in mind: We currently have COVID-19 testing available and Flu vaccinations available, if you would like either of these, please make an appointment or simply "Walk-in". We now prioritize appointments, so please be sure to take the time to make one if you can.

We have a new Board-certified Internist starting today! Dr. Olubunmi Bolaji. She sees adults from 18 years and up. Call to make an appointment (718-659-7166). Walk-ins are always welcomed at Park Health Center!
