We have just a few spots left for our upcoming Yoga with Puppies classes this summer!

Join us for a fun session of bending and stretching with adorable Bideawee adoptable puppies, led by Shari Vilchez-Blatt, the Founder and Creator of Karma Kids Yoga. The classes will take place on Sunday, July 21st, 28th, and August 4th at 10 am. A $25 donation is required to attend, and spots are limited! Weather permitting, the class will be held in our outdoor space at our Chelsea Flagship Adoption Center.

Puppy Yoga is rescheduled for this Sunday, October 1st, 11am (due to Saturday’s expected rain) which is going to be sunny and beautiful day!

If you were already registered for Saturday, September 30th, you’ll be automatically registered for Sundays rain date. If you cannot make it on Sunday, please reply to your confirmation email and let them know so that another family can use the space.

For October 21st and October 28th, wait list only.

Children ages 8 and up and their families, are invited to attend this one-of-a-kind class lead by Shari, featuring Bideawee adoptable puppies.

Space is limited to 50 attendees! This event will be held outdoors, weather permitting. Class is free to attend and donations are highly encouraged to help support Bideawee’s continued efforts to rescue homeless dogs and cats and integrate them into loving homes.

20 years ago today we opened our doors to NYC on West 14th street!

And have been serving the boroughs, NJ and Long Island ever since!

We’ve grown with our community, even having some of our first kids ever return as parents with their children! And we’ve had students journey into teaching yoga and wellness and can’t help but believe we planted some seeds there.

We’ve grown into so many schools, public, private, charter, home-schools, sharing yoga & mindfulness with kids of all abilities! When we first opened our doors, not many schools were open to yoga….now it’s strange if your school doesn’t have some form of yoga and mindfulness for both students and teachers!

We’ve had so many amazing, creative, and talented teachers on staff! Too many to list…some of our first teachers are still teaching with us today! Our teachers have always been the heart and soul of our program.

We’ve had so many families join us - good times and celebrations as well as hard times, and scary times. We’ve grown together and have stayed connected in some way.

❤️ We are so grateful for our community!
