Good morning!

Here's a yoga practice for full stretched legs:

*Warm-Up (5 minutes)*

1. Mountain Pose (Tadasana)
2. Leg Swings (front and back)
3. Hip Circles (clockwise and counterclockwise)
4. Calf Raises
5. Toe Taps

*Leg Stretching Sequence (15 minutes)*

*Standing Poses:*

1. Downward-Facing Dog (Adho Mukha Svanasana) - 30 seconds
2. Warrior Pose (Virabhadrasana I) - 30 seconds (each leg)
3. Triangle Pose (Trikonasana) - 30 seconds (each leg)
4. Standing Forward Fold (Uttanasana) - 30 seconds

*Seated Poses:*

1. Seated Forward Fold (Paschimottanasana) - 30 seconds
2. Seated Leg Stretch (Akarna Dhanurasana) - 30 seconds (each leg)
3. Head-to-Knee Pose (Janu Sirsasana) - 30 seconds (each leg)

*Floor Poses:*

1. Reclined Hand-to-Big-Toe Pose (Supta Padangusthasana) - 30 seconds (each leg)
2. Reclined Pigeon Pose (Supta Eka Pada Rajakapotasana) - 30 seconds (each leg)
3. Reclined Cow Face Pose (Supta Gomukhasana) - 30 seconds
