Unfiltered Monday truth 👀

When people say “I’m so busy, I don’t have the time” (and yes, there’s always context)
but if that’s the answer every single time? đŸš©

It’s usually not about time at all. It’s about not being aware of where your time + energy are really going.

And honestly — if I’m not here to call you out (in a good way), then what am I even doing as your coach? 😂

Here’s the frame I want you to hold:

Being the best is a snapshot. You either have the medal that day
 or you don’t.

Being the best at getting better is a practice. It lasts.

Every rep—showing up tired, scaling the workout, swapping a move instead of quitting—etches who you’re becoming.

(Character literally means “to engrave.” Your choices stamp you.)

Yes, outcomes matter.

Doing “3 workouts a week”, improving form and technique, pants that fit—great.

But you don’t become a better performer on the podium.

You become one in the messy middle: the weeks you restart, the days you adjust, the moments you keep a promise you could’ve skipped.

So measure what actually makes you durable:

Attempts, not just wins.
How many times did you try again?

Adjustments, not just intensity. Did you modify instead of bail?

Recovery choices. Sleep, fuel, walks—capacity builders.

Self-trust reps. Tiny promises kept, logged, repeated.

Want a “mastery metric” for this week?

Pick one thing you can definitely keep—10 minutes of strength, a brisk walk after lunch, two sets of carries—and track it for 5 days.

No drama, just data.

Because being “the best” comes and goes.

Being the person who keeps getting better? That’s the kind of strength you carry for decades.

It always feels good to talk about goals—wanting to get stronger, build longevity, and feel capable for life.

Most women I speak with already know why this matters. The desire is there. Which is GREAT. We want that.

But the real struggle?
👉 Following through on the daily choices.
Especially when you’ve got more evidence of not doing it than actually sticking with it.

Life, work deadlines, kids schedules, grocery shopping, cooking, and all the other responsibilities that will never stop feeling like big priorities that continue to get in the way of exercise.

Here’s the piece that’s so misunderstood:
This is not a habit like brushing your teeth. đŸš«

Exercise will never become something you do on autopilot—it takes intentional effort every time.

Waiting for it to just “become automatic” is what keeps so many beginners stuck.

Even the ladies I coach who are on a roll for months eventually hit a blip—stress, travel, busy seasons, life stuff.

That’s normal. The difference is we actually plan for it.

Because here’s the truth:
You don’t rise to the level of your “perfect plan.”
✅ You fall back on the systems and strategies you’ve practiced when things get hard.

That’s what we do here.

We don’t just hand you a plan and hope for the best.

We help you build the mindset, the tools, and the confidence to expect obstacles—so when they come, you’re ready. You can adjust without completely falling off.

Consistency isn’t about being perfect. It’s about knowing how to keep going when things aren’t.

My Story

I am passionate about everything that comes to health and wellness. I strive to live and practice with the “learn in all” mindset. From movement-based therapy to functional nutrition, I am constantly learning and developing to become a well rounded holistic practitioner. I practice with the philosophy that one system or protocol does not work for everyone.

I am determined to educate how intricately the body functions with multiple systems and the cause of your symptoms may not be what it appears to be. You may be in that 20% of people who have had little to short term success with standard treatments or protocols. I want to work with you!

I work side by side with my patients as a guide and a dedicated partner to figure out the root cause of your symptoms. And this all starts with YOUR story...
