My Story
Hi, my name is Haylee.
A little background about me, I'm a certified personal trainer, kettlebell coach and group fitness instructor. I have affiliations with the National Federation of Personal Trainers, Strongfirst School of Strength and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America.
I absolutely LOVE what I do. Nothing is more rewarding than helping other people. My goal is to help you get the same insane results I got using kettlebells and my easy to follow program.
So why trust me that this workout is going to be different than everything else you've tried? There are two solid reasons I know this will work for you:
1. You only need one piece of inexpensive equipment that will burn 400 calories in only 20 minutes...forget the pep talk to get to the gym for an hour long sweat session.
2. You don't have to motivate yourself to get to the gym, you can do kettlebell workouts right in your living room.
If you’ve been on the weight loss merry-go-round for many years, I can totally sympathize. I have had a very rough road to fitness myself. I tried every workout and diet there was and spent the majority of my life trying to lose weight and tone up with no success...until I started training with kettlebells.
In total, my transformation was a 30 pound weight loss. I have lean and toned muscle which keeps me on track by helping me burn more calories all day long. But way more importantly, I feel great in my clothes, I can pick up my daughter with ease and I feel sexy and confident every single day.
It wouldn’t be an overstatement to say it has changed my life and I can’t wait to show you how it can change yours.
