If losing fat feels impossible or building muscle feels harder than it should… it’s probably not just your workouts or food choices.

It could be your hormones.

Here are the big ones I look at with clients:

✨ Insulin – When it’s stable, your body burns fat. When it spikes all the time, your body stores it.
👉 Signs it’s off: constant cravings, energy crashes.
👉 Easiest check: fasting insulin or blood sugar.

✨ Cortisol – Stress hormone. When it’s running high, it makes fat loss (especially around your stomach) way harder.
👉 Signs it’s off: poor sleep, “wired but tired,” afternoon slumps.
👉 You can check with a simple blood or saliva test.

✨ Estrogen & Progesterone – These need to be balanced. Too much estrogen or not enough progesterone = fat storage, bloating, water retention.
👉 Signs it’s off: bad PMS, irregular cycles, overnight scale jumps.
👉 A hormone panel can confirm.

✨ Testosterone – Yes, women need it too. It’s what helps you build muscle, recover, and actually look lean.
👉 Signs it’s low: harder time building muscle, less strength, slower recovery.
👉 Ask for it on a standard blood panel.

✨ Thyroid (T3, T4, TSH) – This runs your metabolism. If it’s slow, fat loss will feel impossible no matter what you do.
👉 Signs it’s off: fatigue, stubborn weight, feeling cold all the time, thinning hair.
👉 Don’t settle for just a TSH test—ask for a full thyroid panel.

Bottom line...if fat loss feels stuck, don’t guess. Get checked.
Once your hormones are working with you, not against you, results finally show up.

If you’re looking to change your body composition and you feel like there’s so much info and conflicting advice out there I’m gonna help simplify this for you 👇👇👇

I get it. Every podcast is talking about supplements, meal timing, cold plunges, juices etc.

There might be some science behind those things I’m not denying that.

But I can tell you that 90% of body composition is gonna come from these things. So don’t spin your wheels worrying about the 10% that’s only going to make a marginal difference in the way you look.

I’ve worked with thousands of women all over the world at different ages, different lifestyles, different dietary needs, and it all boils down to this. This is the 90% ladies 👇

First off ignore anybody that tells you because you had kids or you are perimenopause, menopause, or postmenopause that you are no longer capable of dramatic change. That is BS and the science supports that it is BS as well. Let’s go 🔥

1️⃣ I reviewed over 21,000 food logs (yes that is a real number). We make the biggest changes here to show dramatic results. The repeat patterns I see are we are eating more than we realize and under eating protein as a whole.

2️⃣ Stress stalling your progress is real. Sleep and stress control contribute to whether or not this will move faster or slower. Improving one or both will expedite results.

3️⃣ Get outside and walk. Do not obsess about 10k steps. If you were not walking at all and now you are walking 5k steps that is still better.

4️⃣ Everyone is very busy. If you are looking for an excuse you are gonna find one. The more you break the promises you make to yourself the less your life in general will go the way that you want it to.

5️⃣ The best thing you can do for your physique is practice strength training three times a week with compound movements: squats, presses, dead lifts, and hip thrust. These will change your body faster than any other movement on the planet.

That is the formula. That is what works.

Simple. Proven. The real 90%.

I got off a call with a mom the other day. She had 20lbs to lose and had been battling it for 10 years.

She obsessed over her weight every single day.
..Lived in the same stretched-out black leggings because nothing else fit...Stepped on the scale every morning, hated the number, then went downstairs and took it out on her family...Every time her husband told her she looked great, she assumed he was lying.

But when it came time to invest in herself?

My Story

Hi, my name is Haylee.

A little background about me, I'm a certified personal trainer, kettlebell coach and group fitness instructor. I have affiliations with the National Federation of Personal Trainers, Strongfirst School of Strength and the Athletics and Fitness Association of America. I absolutely LOVE what I do. Nothing is more rewarding than helping other people. My goal is to help you get the same insane results I got using kettlebells and my easy to follow program. So why trust me that this workout is going to be different than everything else you've tried? There are two solid reasons I know this will work for you: 1. You only need one piece of inexpensive equipment that will burn 400 calories in only 20 minutes...forget the pep talk to get to the gym for an hour long sweat session. 2. You don't have to motivate yourself to get to the gym, you can do kettlebell workouts right in your living room. If you’ve been on the weight loss merry-go-round for many years, I can totally sympathize. I have had a very rough road to fitness myself. I tried every workout and diet there was and spent the majority of my life trying to lose weight and tone up with no success...until I started training with kettlebells. In total, my transformation was a 30 pound weight loss. I have lean and toned muscle which keeps me on track by helping me burn more calories all day long. But way more importantly, I feel great in my clothes, I can pick up my daughter with ease and I feel sexy and confident every single day. It wouldn’t be an overstatement to say it has changed my life and I can’t wait to show you how it can change yours.
