Deep Plane Facelift & Deep Plane Necklift and Bilaterak Upper Blepharoplasty.. Goal with this surgery to achieve natural long lasting outcome and making sure one doesn’t get unnatural pulled and wind swept look. This patient is around 4 weeks since surgery and still recovering but incisions are already healing well and barely noticeable. One of the biggest concerns with this surgery is scarring. By doing deep plane SMAS lift, I am keeping tension off the skin so it heals well.

Deep Plane Facelift + Necklift + Upper and Lower Blepharoplasty | 6 Days Post-Op

Just 6 days after surgery, this out-of-town patient is looking refreshed, lifted, and naturally rejuvenated. After an initial recovery period, she’s now heading back home feeling confident and well cared for.

Open rhinoseptoplasty with correction of deviated septum, slight dorsal hump with nose bridge improvement, overprojected tip, and wide bony base. Very good example of correction of difficulty in breathing and at the same time improving aesthetics of nose keeping results very natural and proportion to the face..

Open rhinoplasty septoplasty and chin liposuction journey of this patient. She was bothered by slight dorsal hump, bulbous and droppy tip.
She had a non-surgical rhinoplasty with hyaluronic acid filler in past which gave temporary solution to her concerns. With surgical rhinoplasty, she is able to achieve long lasting results. We shaved her hump down, and trimmed and sutured her tip to refine it, and used piece of her septal cartilage as a graft to support her tip. She also underwent chin liposuction at the same time. She is happy with her outcome.

Deep Plane Facelift & Necklift completely under local anesthesia. No need for general anesthesia in some patients. This patient was bothered by midface descent, jowling, neck skin laxity and neck bands causing her to have turkey neck. She had weight loss which caused her to have Ozempic face. Here, we are showing her whole journey and post-op outcome.

This patient is shown just 3 months following open rhinoseptoplasty, with a beautifully natural and balanced result. Key refinements include:

• Reduction of a prominent dorsal hump
• Tip deprojection for a more harmonious profile
• Improved tip rotation and definition
• Correction of a bulbous, bifid tip
• Enhanced nasolabial angle for improved facial balance

Some residual tip swelling remains, which is being treated with a targeted steroid injection — a normal part of the healing process at this stage. The tip will continue to refine over the coming months as the final result takes shape.
