Friday funday and fact day: WEllness is a WE thing. So many beautiful moments, memories, connections, conversations, learnings and nature this week in WEllness. You don’t have to do this alone, DM for more information on wellness coaching and if it’s right for you. Two people this week with over 100 pound weight loss. This is not an everyday or quick fix but proof that coaching and collaboration work. One adolescent got her summer “dream” job and has been going to the gym in addition to watching diet.
