The mission of Head Trash Anonymous (HTA) is to help individuals remove their anxiety, worry, and stress. For many who are sick, broke, or suffering in some way, a miracle is impossible from the level of the mind. When I was very sick, curing myself was impossible. However, I'm hopeful if they hear Headtrash Baba, they will go, "That's right," I've been anxious lately. I know, the less Headtrash one has, the less anxiety and stress. Less stress = healthier you. Through inner peace, transforming miracles happen. You blossom into your true self. Sam was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, bipolar, generalized anxiety disorder, and three other "incurable" conditions. I was stressed out and overwhelmed with life. After suffering for nearly 40 years, he is a medical miracle today with no health issues. He had a simple 5-minute a-day practice to clear his head trash. I AM LEADING YOU, STEP BY STEP, through your life. Hold My hand in trusting dependence, letting Me guide you through this day. Your future looks uncertain and feels flimsy—even precarious... This, like all forms of worry, is an act of rebellion: doubting My promises to care for you. Whenever you find yourself worrying about the future, repent and return to Me. I will show you the next step forward, and the one after that, and the one after that. Relax and enjoy the journey in My Presence, trusting Me to open up the way before you as you go.

Baba Sam. You are Perfect Spirit, and the real you knows the exact way forward. The mind hates not knowing the future, the final outcome and begins to worry and fear the uncertainty. When you find doubts arises, turnaround (repent), and come back to center. Center is the true you, Perfect Spirit. It's also a practice to trust oneself. The more you can relax then more you'll know.

I AM WITH YOU. These four words are like a safety net, protecting you from falling into despair. Because you are human, you will always have ups and downs in your life experience. But the promise of My Presence limits how far down you can go. Sometimes you may feel as if you are in a free fall when people or things you had counted on let you down. Yet as soon as you remember that I am with you, your perspective changes radically.

Baba Sam. Many individuals fall into despair by taking their head trash, negative thoughts, as truth. I am with you means nothing, if you don't know you are Perfect Spirit. When you live as Perfect Spirit your life changes radically.

You are the only one who decides if you will have a good day or bad day. Whatever you decide the universe agrees with you and shapes reality to your choice.

For example, when I was chronically sick, I would wake up and wonder what's going to go wrong today. However, if I woke up every day like an excited kid in a candy store. Which attitude would create more desirable life?

Attitude shapes reality. Many have this backwards, they look at reality which determines their attitude.

That excited kid, may have a rough day filled with many challenges. However, if the kid keeps his focus on their energy level and their intention is on Perfect Health or Perfect Wealth. Reality will shift. Energy creates matter. Energy is instant, matter is heavy and slow - requires patience.

Our Story

Sam Shelley is the founder and director of public outreach. Sam lived a tale of two lives. In his first 44 years he was trapped in his mind filled with head trash. His head trash, the mental garbage, created a lot of stress and anxiety. This stress and anxiety led to a very difficult life of pain and suffering. At age 6, Sam was run over by a van causing serious life-threatening injuries including head trauma, broken hip and broken elbow. At age 20, his head trash made him suicidal and he had to be hospitalized twice where he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. In his 20's his was also dealing with stress induced migraines, psoriasis, and arthritis. At age 37, he lost the ability to walk from multiple sclerosis. At age 44 his life change dramatically. By letting go of his head trash, he created the space for transformation. He had a very simple meditation and mindfulness practice, combined with yoga. Today, he is a medical miracle. He no longer has signs of any disease, no longer requires medication, and no longer need mobility aides (walker, cane). Sam is a published author of "I Don't Dwell -- how I used meditation, mindfulness, and yoga to reverse my incurable diseases." The mission is Head Trash Anonymous (HTA) is to help individuals and groups to remove their head trash. By removing the Head Trash you gain clarity, confidence, and happiness. Head Trash is caused from thought addiction, believing our thoughts, opinions and beliefs are the absolute truth. A primary goal of the organization is to have HTA groups around the world, helping one another to remove their Head Trash. HTA is a social profit company with most of the proceeds going to charity. Sam helps you, you help Sam. Then you both impact the world.
