The mission of Head Trash Anonymous (HTA) is to help individuals remove their anxiety, worry, and stress. For many who are sick, broke, or suffering in some way, a miracle is impossible from the level of the mind. When I was very sick, curing myself was impossible. However, I'm hopeful if they hear Headtrash Baba, they will go, "That's right," I've been anxious lately. I know, the less Headtrash one has, the less anxiety and stress. Less stress = healthier you. Through inner peace, transforming miracles happen. You blossom into your true self. Sam was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, bipolar, generalized anxiety disorder, and three other "incurable" conditions. I was stressed out and overwhelmed with life. Healing is not complex. The deeper essence within you, knows the path to heal.

However, a majority of the population have never experienced their essence. They are lost in the mind, and believing the mental stories as the path to success. Unfortunately, the mind is doing everything it can to keep life the same. The mind doesn't care if your life is crappy and full of pain, it's familiar so let's keep it.

"Your diagnosis is not your destiny: Creating a Life Beyond Head Trash"

This is a potential title for a future TEDx talk.

Yesterday, I spoke with a TEDx speaker who has millions of views on his life purpose videos. He told me that I have a heartfelt message, personal experiences, and the ability to communicate well, which would be a good fit for TEDx.

I know my message to the world is important, especially since not many people have stepped away from serious chronic diseases and disabilities. When I reflect on my healing journey, I realize that I made no direct effort to heal myself. Trying to heal myself would have been a mental exercise. True healing comes from our soul—a soul created in the image and likeness of God.

I'm looking forward to one day sharing this message with the world.

Bright white lights. Six shadowy figures. A hospital bed.

It sounds like sci-fi—until you’re the six-year-old waking up with your life-support tubes mysteriously removed.

I couldn’t explain it then. My mom couldn’t accept it. So the memory got buried for decades.

It resurfaced only after years of illness, healing, and realizing nothing about me is “special.”

We all have a vibrant soul capable of incredible things once we clear the head trash.

And last week, during a healing session, one of those beings returned—Phil—working with deep multidimensional energy.

Our Story

Sam Shelley is the founder and director of public outreach. Sam lived a tale of two lives. In his first 44 years he was trapped in his mind filled with head trash. His head trash, the mental garbage, created a lot of stress and anxiety. This stress and anxiety led to a very difficult life of pain and suffering. At age 6, Sam was run over by a van causing serious life-threatening injuries including head trauma, broken hip and broken elbow. At age 20, his head trash made him suicidal and he had to be hospitalized twice where he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. In his 20's his was also dealing with stress induced migraines, psoriasis, and arthritis. At age 37, he lost the ability to walk from multiple sclerosis. At age 44 his life change dramatically. By letting go of his head trash, he created the space for transformation. He had a very simple meditation and mindfulness practice, combined with yoga. Today, he is a medical miracle. He no longer has signs of any disease, no longer requires medication, and no longer need mobility aides (walker, cane). Sam is a published author of "I Don't Dwell -- how I used meditation, mindfulness, and yoga to reverse my incurable diseases." The mission is Head Trash Anonymous (HTA) is to help individuals and groups to remove their head trash. By removing the Head Trash you gain clarity, confidence, and happiness. Head Trash is caused from thought addiction, believing our thoughts, opinions and beliefs are the absolute truth. A primary goal of the organization is to have HTA groups around the world, helping one another to remove their Head Trash. HTA is a social profit company with most of the proceeds going to charity. Sam helps you, you help Sam. Then you both impact the world.
