3 Things You Should Not Do After Gynecomastia Surgery! Everything you do after male chest surgery determines how quickly and smoothly your recovery progresses. You want to make sure AVOID these 3 things, which can :

1️⃣ No Alcohol: Do not drink any alcohol! It can thin your blood and cause extra and bruising swelling. Stick to water to help your body heal faster. 💧

2️⃣ Do Not Take Off Your Compression Garment: You must wear your tight medical vest (compression garment) exactly as directed. It keeps everything in place, prevents the accumulation of blood and other fluids where the fat/gland was, and helps your skin stay smooth and flat against your chest.

3️⃣ No NSAIDs (Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Drugs): Do not take common pain pills like Aspirin, Ibuprofen,
Aleve, or Motrin. These can make you bleed more during recovery. For pain relief, take only what you are prescribed/recommended.

What A Difference a Day Makes With a Facelift - Our patient is here at her post op day one visit after a Deep Plane Preservation Facelift with Fat Grafting to her Nasal Labial Folds (Smile Lines). She is looking great 24 hours after her facelift.

There is some slight puffiness, which is to be expected after surgery. However, she has minimal bruising and her swelling is almost nonexistent.
