💤 Dreaming of that perfect night's sleep?
Here are some tips to help you catch those Zzz's:
1️⃣ Create your own zen during evening hours by dimming the lights, watching a TV show, listening to relaxing music, chatting with loved ones, or whatever soothes your soul.
2️⃣ Try adding a magnesium supplement 20 minutes before bedtime. Or you can try taking a bath with Epsom salt. The skin is the body's biggest organ that we absorb things through. Plus, taking a warm bath is a great way to unwind and decompress at the end of a long day.
3️⃣ If you are someone who experiences sleep disruption from stress and or anxiety, try using an herbal blend (can be done through essential oils) to combat any of these feelings that may be disrupting your sleep. This can help regulate your cortisol levels.
