I was always drawn to holistic medicine and knew I had it in me naturally. Understanding the body-mind connection, exploring different healing modalities and the functions of the internal organs.
I started my career as a Shiatsu Master after years of study and practice. Along with my Shiatsu practice, I continued to study Psychotherapy of the body – a body-mind balance program to become a therapist. I trained as a Pilates instructor as well and integrated the essential oils in my practice.
I then started to teach wellness classes combining the knowledge taken from western medicine, Chinese medicine, and movement, like stretching and breathing, nutrition and more, and discovered the power of guided mediation, where we can truly effect the body through the mind, and meditate on others.
This is how the Healing Circle started, and the results are shown to be amazing, In Improving symptoms, treating stress and anxiety, and elevating the spirit. When healing focus mediation is done in a group, there is a sense of unity, purpose, and real sharing which naturally manifests itself in reality.
It has 3 main parts to it:
1. Self-healing
2. Healing for others
3. Collective healing to the world.
