Shen Tao Studio We are founded to help dancers, athletes, teachers & anyone looking to cultivate the deep connection between the cognitive mind & the neuro-muscular system.

We offer classes, private coaching, workshops, bodywork & dance classes.cutt.ly/Fe2gWye The term "Shen Tao" ( Ways of the Body ) refers to the wisdom one acquires through the study of one's own body and mind. Its application was developed through interviews with dancers, gymnasts, athletes and martial artists. The "Shen Tao" approach is a series of artistic, scientific, and therapeutic processes aimed at developing better mind-body communication. Our goal is to promote and encourage your understanding of how to care for your own body, develop better health and wellness, and discover your maximum potential. We will share with you the way of innovation by introducing or deepening your creativity in movement with the support of our unique, handcrafted training equipment!
