Here are a few simple tips to keep you safe and comfortable during the holiday:

• Avoid undercooked turkey, raw batter, and unpasteurized cheeses
• Heat deli meats until steaming
• Stay hydrated throughout the day
• Choose festive, non-alcoholic drinks
• Rest when you need to (and skip the heavy lifting!)
• If traveling, take stretching breaks and plan ahead
