My BIG AHA to start helping regular, hard working women lose 20 pounds in 10 weeks is when i realized that everything I thought about health was inconsistent with being happy and actually enjoying life.
Leaving me inconsistent, frustrated and on a rollercoaster ride and not getting lasting results.
I enjoy meat, I enjoy restaurants, I enjoy kicking it with my friends, I love chocolate..
I work hard, and I donโt want to feel guilty about doing things that make me happy.
I realized that really busy women just like me were struggling too..
They were told to eat right and exercise.. but with events and family and work... thereโs alot of โfalling off the wagonโ and a whole lot of guilt.
Plus, getting โhealthyโ didnโt seem like much fun and definitely not sustainable over time.
And letโs be honest, after 40, it takes more effort, more time and more energy to move the needle (and the scale)..
Plus you have to know what to do and when to do it to get the results you want.
Catch 22..
Super busy woman needs more time, more information and more energy to get healthy.
Whaaaa!!!
Okay so what about the regular people out there who simply want to a new level of energy, clarity and weight balance without giving up the things they love??
What about the busy women being diagnosed with chronic illnesses like high blood pressure, fibroids, thyroid imbalance and menopausal symptoms on top of everything else they have on their plates?
All those women who are simply too busy, too tired and too overwhelmed to add another thing to their lists?
How do THEY get back to optimal health and keep up with their lives?
That is when I knew I HAD to create a shortcut, a hack!!
I had to create a way that busy women just like me could do life AND be in optimal health without giving up the fun things, no matter how crazy life gets.
First thing is help them create space in the days so that 75% of their โself careโ is done before they kick their heels off..
Second thing is to show them exactly WHAT to do in those times..
***BTW The eyes are a great hack to find out what YOUR body needs so that you can finally start letting go of excess weight and toxins that may be keeping you stuck***
Then they can concentrate ONLY on the foods, herbs, supplements, movements, etc that are tailored to them, their bodies and their busy schedules.
Hack all of that into a streamlined system that can easily fit into any busy day..
Thatโs when they start to tap into their bodyโs intelligence and let it do what it do.
Thatโs when anything that is not serving them starts to release, including the extra pounds.
Then we can easily move deeper into the exact systems that need to be addressed, show them exactly what to do to fix it and BAM!!!
Minimal effort with Maximum results...
And a lifestyle that you can actually do everyday. Without that guilty feeling we get when you skip the gym, have a cocktail or eat a piece of cake..
Honestly, it is an amazing process... And yes I geek out about it..
What does it take??
All it takes is for a woman to take the same work ethic, grit, commitment, resourcefulness and drive she already has...
Turn that around to herself for a minute and get busy doing the things that her body needs for 10 weeks.
Thatโs it. Crazy right!!!!
