This morning I want you to visualize how you want to show up as your best self. Imagine teaching your body emotionally what it feels like to be limitless, and then realize that you're unlimited right now. Why wait for specific moments to trigger this feeling when you can step into your vision and emotionally embrace it?
When we rehearse this state, we're not just priming ourselves; we're actively creating new neural connections in our brains. This process is instrumental in transforming you into the person you aspire to be.
Now, consider what choices you'll make, what experiences await you, and how you want them to feel. Picture the positive impact this will have on your day, leading you to become the best version of yourself. And conversely, reflect on how you don't want to show up today. Be aware of the thoughts to avoid, the choices you won't make, and the experiences you'd rather steer clear of. What behaviors and emotions will you no longer embrace that may hold you back.
Think of this process like plugging in hardware – the first time you do it, you're connecting to the computer. But as you keep doing it over and over, it becomes like software, seamlessly integrated into your daily life. One day, you'll wake up and realize you've naturally become that person you aspired to be.
