It's been a long while and I hope you're well.

I'm back! After a few years stint of working with Equinox as a spa manager, I'm back to doing what I love, massage and skincare treatments.

This time in Westchester County at Vision of Tomorrow in Larchmont, NY. Even though this mailing list is city-based, I wanted to let you know where I am. Incase, anyone has moved this way, or knows someone that would benefit from my work.

I've found a peaceful, restorative environment that aligns with what I always strive to provide. Whether you or a loved one, are relaxing massage, a glow-restoring facial, or simply some self-care time, I’m here and ready to help my clients feel their best.

Our Last Day...
. of business at our office will be Saturday May 20th. Our movers are coming on the 25th and everything will go into storage for a while.

I want to say that this is sad or makes me emotional, but it doesn't. I've gotten so much from taking care of you all over the last twelve years. I've grown and learned a lot and got to see you all do the same. It's been a beautiful privilege. I'm really excited for things head and the changes that have been happening for me and I'm really proud that I did give my best running a small business in New York City for twelve whole years.

Where can you find me (and us) going forward?

You can still get bodywork and facials from me at Equinox at W. 76th Street and Amsterdam or at W. 92nd Street and Broaday. My availability is somewhat limited because I also manage the spas there. I also have an excellent team of Licensed Estheticians and Licensed Massage Therapists that I can match you with.

If you liked working with Winston, Phoebe, Rachel, Thomas, or Alicia, I am happy to put you in touch as well!

What's next?

In the fall, I'll be doing a once monthly pop-up day in Brooklyn! The details are currently still being ironed out, So stay tuned! I'm really looking forward to this collaboration with another fantastic local business!

Book your next appointment

Darcy is currently working only on Sundays and only seeing clients who have gift cards and packages for facials and secondarily massages

Why: This is to help manage our work flow the last several weeks we are open and due to health concerns. We have LMTs available 5 days a week that are ready and willing to see our clients.

Days with Darcy: Sunday May 7th: 10am-3pm

What Happens After You Close?
You can see Darcy at Equinox at W. 76th Street. for a facial or massage. The prices are a little better and we have other treatments at Equinox. Additionally, we are happy to give you a reccommendation of someone to see.
Darcy Will be taking a break through the summer and will be revisinting doing "pop-ups" once a month on a Sunday or Thursday in the fall. To be kept up to date you can still follow this mailing list.

Monday: Winston 3pm-9pm

When will you be closing?
We will be moving out of our space the last week of May on the 25th or 27th. We will have availabilty with our LMTS for as long as possible. Up until the 24th or 26th respectively.

A Practice Update..

Hi All:

As you know, we are closing end of May.
I have recently had some major health concerns and am completing a hospitalization in the next couple weeks. I will be taking a break from any one-on-ones as per the direction of my care team, until I am deemed healthy enough to do so.

I will only be returning to the business to take facials booked with gift cards or packages only. If you have a session scheduled, we will do our best to match you with a therapist. If you have a gift card, we will schedule you for a session with one of our practitioners. Gift cards guarantee a service for a specific dollar amount, not with a specific practitioner. We have staff members available for your session every day of the week currently except for Wednesdays.

I will eventually be practicing one to two days a month again after we close end of May, for a future date later into 2023.

Hi Everyone:

We will be closing the office in late May. Running the practice through the pandemic and going from exponential growth to having to rebuild, behind the scenes has taken a huge toll on my physical and mental health.

Plans and ways of completing our closure are shifting and we will do our best to keep you up-to-date on any changes. We have 5 LMTs on staff to take appointments: Winston, Thomas, Rachel, Alicia and Phoebe to take appointments during this time. I will not be on our schedule during this time. I am taking requests for a few select appointments a week, prioritizing long-time clients, but I personally need a little bit of space to work on the emotional task of closing the business, learning a new role in a full time position, and a day off so I can manage these changes.

After closing, I will be seeing clients privately, 1-2 days a month at a location yet to be determined. Otherwise you will be welcome to see me at the spas I manage on the UWS. I can also share LMT information with you if you are interested in seeing someone from my team privately.

Hey Guys! We aren't closing (yet)! Darcy is just shifting focus and is scaling things back at the studio a little bit to make it more sustainable. The success of our practice depends on bookings with our team and we are figuring that out as we go. So, as a good business practice, in the meantime, we are discontinuing gift card and pack purchases and encouraging folks to book sessions they have or thursday/sunday appointments with Darcy, ahead! We just wanted to clarify! :)
