If your child is diagnosed with coxsackievirus, the good news is it typically resolves on its own within 7–10 days. In the meantime, here’s how to support recovery at home:

🧡 Popsicles are your best friend – They soothe sore throats AND keep kids hydrated.
🧡 All the naps, extra rest for recovery.
🧡 Keep food gentle! Think soft and bland: oatmeal, yogurt, applesauce, plain ice cream
🧡 Wash those hands! The virus spreads easily, especially in households with more than one little human.

Call your pediatrician if your child isn’t drinking, has a persistent high fever, or seems overly lethargic. Trust your instincts, you know your child best and we’re here to help if something feels off.

They may be small, but their sunburns are mighty! 🌞 Let’s talk sunscreen for the whole squad💥 —from tiny newborns to too-cool teens 😎. Protecting your child's skin from the sun is crucial at every stage of growth.

✨Here's how you can help:

Newborns (0–6 months):
☀️ Avoid direct sunlight; their skin is highly sensitive.
☀️Use shade, lightweight clothing, and wide-brimmed hats for protection.
☀️If necessary, apply a minimal amount of broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with SPF 30+ to small exposed areas like the face and hands.

Babies (6–12 months):
☀️Continue using shade and protective clothing.
☀️Apply a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with SPF 30+ to exposed skin.
☀️Opt for mineral sunscreens containing zinc oxide or titanium dioxide to minimize irritation.

Kids & Teens (1–18 years):
☀️Use a broad-spectrum, water-resistant sunscreen with SPF 30–50.
☀️Apply sunscreen 15–30 minutes before sun exposure and reapply every two hours, or after swimming or sweating.
☀️For teens, choose non-comedogenic formulas to prevent breakouts.

🚨 Remember, no sunscreen is "waterproof" or "sweatproof." Always reapply as directed.

Stay sun-safe and enjoy the outdoors responsibly! 😎
