For the past 10+ years, we at the JCCSG ~ Jewish Crohn's & Colitis Support Group were here for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, doing everything possible to improve the quality of life of children and adults affected by and . We have helped people alleviate their struggle to survive the difficulties of these diseases. We have provided general information, assisted with medical referrals, expedited appointments, launched educational symposiums, and support group events.

We are now faced with the need to expand our services with the goal of creating a greater network of support for and sufferers and their loved ones.​ ​In addition to the help of providing post-surgical respite services, we are expanding to provide services such as "another" getaway retreats, life coaching, coping skills, emotional support, house cleaning help, suppers, and babysitting for those needing to travel for endless appointments and on-going hospital stays.

With hundreds relying on us for help, we need your help to expand our efforts exponentially.

Here we are with a plea to all of you: Please help us out so all the requests of our members should be answered and fulfilled!

This position entails implementing a marketing strategy, spreading awareness of the organization and its cause, engendering community and volunteer participation, networking and communications, planning and organizing annual Fundraiser and other events and performing related duties.
