📢 All you need is a foam roller and gravity does the rest.

Here’s what you do:
🛑 Lie on your back with a full-length foam roller (36” x 6”) supporting you from head to tail.
🛑 Relax.
🛑 Let your chest open, your spine decompress, and your breath deepen.

That’s it. No effort. No sweat. Just a huge release for your spine, neck, and back.

Treatment rooms 14th street & 5th ave for rent

Newly expanded studio space at Dynamic Body Pilates offers treatment rooms open to hourly, daily, and full time rentals for wellness practitioners. 🔹To enhance these rooms being peaceful and quiet for clients coming to *your* business, we have designed them in a completely separate space from the Pilates studio with a separate, private entrance and waiting area.

We are open to collaboration with a small wellness practice that would want to take both rooms and brand the space as their own. We would love to help another small business create the environment they envision.

🔹There are many different types of movements in which we benefit from better core engagement. Are you trying to move your back or keep your back still? Different types of movement require a different type of contraction of the various core muscles.
🔸In this image our client is learning about core stability (the same action needed in a plank).
🔹To help draw the client’s attention to the lower part of her core we are using a bumpy ball. This slightly unstable surface gives a little bit of sensory feedback to her hips while her DBP Practitioner helps cue her ribs to better align with her hips in a neutral position.
🔸With ribs and hips integrated we’ve now activated our deepest layer of abdominals, the transverse abdominals.

🔹 : take 5 minutes to simply lie on your back on a full length (36 inch) foam roller.

Benefits include:

🔸back relief
🔸relaxation that refreshes
🔸chest opening (especially if you open your arms)
🔸promotion or core and spine stability

There are so many wonderful things you can do with a foam roller for further relief and challenge!
