It is simple - we just need to take the time to listen to what the body is telling us. We believe an advanced yoga practice, is not about performing cool party tricks... it's having that little voice inside get loud, until it beccomes the loud voice which is guiding us. We allow the movements, however big or small to act as a moving meditation, allowing the inner chatter to quiet down. It's time..

We are creating a safe place for both you and your little ones. Rest assured, your children will be taken care of by the loving, trusting and responsible family at Karuna Love Yoga.
