September is here, and with it comes the energy of a fresh school year. Between new schedules, homework, and after-school activities, kids and tweens can sometimes feel overwhelmed. Yoga is a wonderful tool to help them balance it all—building focus, calm, and confidence while keeping their bodies active and strong.
