Most of us struggle throughout our lives by giving too many f***s in situations where f***s do not deserve to be given.

Neat article on Ho'ponopono. Have you tried this practice? It's been a priceless gift in my world. Calming, revealing "Who I addressing this to?" This stood out for me in the article's description:

*Why is Ho’oponopono powerful?*

Across all cultures practically all of us agree that the concepts of thank you, I’m sorry, please forgive me and I love you are all valuable and important. If there is such thing as a collective consciousness, as Jung and many eastern traditions have suggested, then the basis of the power of Ho’oponopono may come from the sheer volume of people throughout human history who have agreed that these concepts are valuable, important and useful to humanity. In this way, Ho’oponopono may be tapping into a level of awareness that extends far beyond its Hawaiian roots into perhaps every culture that has ever existed on Earth.

FULL WOLF MOON tonight: An old Cherokee is teaching his grandson about life. “A fight is going on inside me,” he said to the boy. “It is a terrible fight and it is between two wolves. One is evil – he is anger, greed, arrogance, resentment, lies, false pride, superiority, and ego.” He continued, “The other is good – he is joy, hope, peace, love, humility, kindness, benevolence, empathy, generosity, truth, compassion, and faith. The same fight is going on inside you – and inside every other person, too.”
The grandson thought about it for a minute and then asked his grandfather, “Which wolf will win?”
The old Cherokee simply replied, “The one you feed.”
