Take a moment to slow down and nourish the Mind, Body & Spirit with weekly in-person classes held , led by Master Sherry .

Don't be fooled by these gentle exercises - not only do they build your balance and core strength but they also make you break a sweat! Most are often surprised how much harder it is to hold the body in stillness and intentional slow movement than it is to be doing faster movements with momentum.

The perfect way to re-center and release the stress accumulated throughout the week as we head into the weekend.

While the spirit of the Horse 🐎 brings speed and momentum to accomplish goals in 2026, the Year of the Yang Fire Horse also brings double Fire πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ energy which can lead to chaos and burn the unprepared.

In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the Fire element (related to the Heart) can overact on the Metal element (related to the Lungs). When this imbalance occurs health issues related to the Heart and Lung meridians can flare up.

Heart Imbalance -> anxiety, insomnia, palpitations, restlessness, vivid dreams or nightmares

Lung Imbalance -> Heightened allergies and asthma, low immunity, coughing, phlegm, skin issues, sadness

Qigong can directly target specific organs to enhance circulation and strengthen their function.

Join us in person this Saturday, February 28th from 1-3pm to learn Qigong from Master Sherry Zhang () to nourish and protect the Lung and Heart.

Small group instruction - Space is limited. RSVP link in bio.

Martial Arts and East Asian medicine have worked together for centuries to improve recovery, prevent injuries, and support long-term training. KajukenboNYC and Grand Madison Acupuncture have collaborated to present a practical workshop to learn basic self-defense skills and pain management using acupuncture and self-care gua sha techniques.

Incorporating neuroscience principles to accelerate learning, this practical 1-hour Intro to Self-Defense class based on a martial arts style known as Kajukenbo will teach basic movement and footwork, defensive and offensive techniques, and improvised weapons. Kajukenbo is a hybrid martial art consisting of a combination of Korean KArate and Boxing, JUdo and JUjutsu, KENpo and Chinese BOxing.

Followed by a 1-hour workshop on Trigger Point Therapy incorporating Gua Sha and Dry Needling. The workshop will teach how to safely and effectively use a gua sha tool to treat any type of pain. Participants will have the option to have one area of pain treated with dry needling acupuncture. Dry needling is an effective way to release tight muscles and treat acute or chronic pain.

We’re so happy to see spreading the word to help more women become aware of natural holistic ways to enhance their beauty from the inside out.

Our Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture Program is basically like taking your face to the gym to strengthen and lift muscle tone, stimulate natural collagen production, and regain that inner glow.

Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture:

✨ Boosts collagen and elastin production

✨ Reduces fine line and wrinkles

✨ Brightens dull complexions & improves skin texture

✨ Lifts drooping skin

✨ Facial lift and definition of the jaw, chin, mouth, eyebrows and cheeks - naturally enhanced using muscle motor points

✨ Long-term effects that can last for years due to new collagen production and skin renewal

❀️ Not pictured: IMPROVED digestion, sleep and circulation, REDUCED sinus issues, jaw pain, stress, swelling and inflammation as a result of the BODY acupuncture that is included to treat internal factors that show up on the face. Truly heal and GLOW from the inside out.

🚫 No toxic injections or fillers that freeze your face or wear off, leaving you desperate for more

We recommend adding microneedling once per month with weekly facial acupuncture sessions inbetween for the added boost of a facial lift. Think raised eyebrows for an eye-opening effect, a defined jawline, and higher cheekbones - all by working with your own facial muscle tone!
