Grand Madison Acupuncture has partnered with Move with Anj and SQZ Wellness to offer an event you don’t want to miss!

This event will be a 45 minute full body Pilates Mat class incorporating the SQZ Wellness weighted magic circle sculpting tool to enhance muscle activation, engage the core and add resistance. Mobility and restoration will be incorporated to complete the workout.

Follow your pilates flow session with 30 minutes of continued relaxation as you transition into a meditative Mind flow state with the incorporation of acupuncture for stress reduction and nervous system regulation.
