As most, if not all, of you know, I'm a Personal Trainer in New York City and I absolutely love what I get to do on a daily basis. I get to help people live a healthier and more fit lifestyle! I'm not trying to use this page to promote what I am doing, but rather doing it to help all of you who want to learn anything about Health, Fitness and Nutrition that you didn't already know. "How can I help
out?" you may ask. There are so many ways in which something you do and/or say can help motivate someone to keep going, keeping pushing, go harder and further than they ever thought they could. Maybe you were in a similar position that they were, and you could give any advice on what helped push you through. I want you to be able to encourage others with success stories you may have had, or are achieving, in order to keep them going. I want this to be used as a way to help share healthy recipes that you really liked for when people are changing their whole diet. Or even to give suggestions on how you avoided your cravings and didn't binge. When it comes to Health and Fitness, a few motivating and encouraging words can go a long way (especially when it comes from someone other than me) and help change someone's life for the better! I plan on being very involved with this as well. I don't want to fill up people's newsfeeds who don't want to hear things about Exercises and/or Nutrition (their loss). I will only be posting videos and tips on this page and my Instagram (commitfitnyc).
