Laura is a gentle, compassionate and non judgmental dietitian with > 9 years of experience. She takes a holistic approach and believes that nutrition counseling should be individualized and that there is no one size fits all approach.

Laura earned her Masters in Nutrition and Food Science with an emphasis on Nutrition Education from Montclair State University and then completed her dietetic internship with a specialty in worksite wellness as Wellness Workdays.

She specializes in diabetes, prenatal, pediatrics, picky eating, weight management and heart health.
