When becoming certified in Yoga Practices I was long past my Prime Athletic Days as a Professional Dancer in constant training. My body mind and emotions had changed. I was attracted to Yoga as an healing Practice. I wanted to be of service. I became certified in Therapeutic Yoga Breathwork and Meditation. This focus along with intuitive healing practices have been of enormous value in helping others as well as myself. I am grateful. I was experiencing digestive issues and was unable to sleep comfortably on my back. I remembered my therapeutic yoga teaching and supported child's pose Balasana came to me and had relieved so much distress in my solar plexus and abdominal reigion 🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
