DAY 5 ✅
finishing up a 5 day run of vegan lunch/dinner from sakara.
Couple thoughts ....
1) Really tasty food, Colorful with some New textures and tastes that I'm not used to. Think eating the rainbow, which is big in Functional Medicine circles.
2) Great re-set between the holidays; meatless, no alcohoL, early to bed.
3) Went off script a bit and turned this into a mini fast for 5 days. I only consumed what sent (vegan meals, probiotic, detox tea) while staying within a 6 hour eating window. (18:6). Overall it felt WAY more detoxifying and pure than a 5 day powder cleanse I have done in the past. Also of note, I'm unsure of the calorie count (I think its good they dont include it). But certainly felt some nice rejuvenation vibes i have typically only felt after completing an FMD (fasting mimicking diet).
Overall I'm really happy with it and certainly will do it again.
